At NEVID Agriculture, our people are the backbone of everything we do. From the vineyard rows to the packing shed, every team member plays a vital role in producing table grapes of exceptional quality.
Our business was built on the belief that great fruit comes from great people — individuals who care about the land they work, the fruit they handle, and the standards they uphold. We’re proud to have a team that combines deep local knowledge with modern horticultural practices, ensuring every harvest meets our promise of consistency and excellence.
Our vineyard teams bring decades of hands-on experience in vine management, irrigation, and crop protection. They understand the nuances of Sunraysia’s climate and soils, fine-tuning every decision to maximise fruit quality and sustainability. In the packhouse, our staff ensure careful grading, handling, and presentation so that our grapes reach customers in perfect condition.
Leadership at NEVID Agriculture is driven by a culture of continuous improvement. We invest in training, technology, and innovation to empower our people to perform at their best. From seasonal workers who join us during harvest to long-term staff who have grown with the company, everyone shares a common goal — producing fruit we can all be proud of.

We achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification in December 2019, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement, customer-focus and consistent quality. All processes—from vineyard to dispatch—are documented, measured and continually reviewed.
Every pallet of grapes is tracked from block to dispatch. We comply with local Australia food safety standards and the specific requirements of our export partners. Our traceability system means that in the rare event of an issue we can respond swiftly and effectively.
Our packing, cooling and logistics are tailored to meet the exacting standards of both domestic supermarkets and international importers. We work with logistics partners specialising in chilled fruit export and adhere to the cold chain, loading and transport protocols required to preserve fruit quality on-arrival.
The Sunraysia region around Robinvale enjoys dry, warm summers and cool nights — the ideal climate for table grapes that develop flavour, firmness and colour. Our vineyards, located on well-drained sandy loam soils, benefit from decades of regional viticulture knowledge.
We apply precision irrigation strategies, including drip systems and soil moisture monitoring, to supply vines exactly what they need — no more, no less. Regular soil testing ensures nutrients are applied effectively and soil biology is supported. Cover crops and minimal tillage help preserve soil structure, support beneficial insects and maintain root health
Using an integrated pest management (IPM) approach, we minimise chemical sprays by monitoring vine health and pest levels, deploying targeted treatments only when needed. Our aim: worldwide–class fruit with minimal residues, ready for market.
Harvesting is timed to ensure optimum flavour, sugar levels and firmness. Our teams pick grapes under strict quality guidelines and bring them into our on-farm packhouse where fruit is graded, packed and stored under controlled atmosphere if required for export. Traceability is built into every stage.
